PAYMENT & REFUNDS
• I only accept payment in GBP (£) through PayPal.
• I start working on your commission after I have received the payment.
• I must receive the full payment beforehand or else I cannot begin your drawing.
• You cannot ask for the money back after you have paid.
• During the process, I will keep you updated with regular WIPS.
• Refunds will not be permitted unless I am unable to complete the drawing for some reason.
• Maximum waiting time is 6 months. If I have not completed/sent you your drawing after that time period, DM me.
• I only draw types of horses.
• Please remember that I am human as well and also have a personal life outside of art which I sometimes have to prioritise over drawing. So I would appreciate that if your drawing is taking a little while, you take this into consideration.
